Mihaela MICHAILOV – Curator
She is a playwright and a cultural educator. She is one of the co-founders of the independent space „The Centre for Educational Theatre Replika”, based in Bucharest. Her plays have been translated in Bulgarian, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, German. She is engaged in defining the artistic content and expression of the show imagined in the frame of the project.
Nicoleta LEFTER – Actress
She is an actress, director and producer. She graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Theater, the Acting Department of "George Enescu" University of Arts, in Iasi, and has a master in "Actor’s Art" at U.N.A.T.C. in Bucharest. She played more than 25 characters in plays and shows hosted by national or independent theaters in Iasi, Constanta, Braila, Ploiesti, Bucharest or Avignon in France. Since 2011 she performs, directs and produces performances or performative installations.
Aurora KIRÁLY - Visual artist
She is a curator and a cultural manager. Since October 2001 she is the director of Galeria Nouă Association, where she started the educational programme with a series of workshops for children entitled How to Understand Contemporary Art. She is constantly interested in developing cultural & artistic projects focused on education, to mediate the access to arts & culture and to open the understanding of contemporary art for children and adults.
Katia PASCARIU - Actress
Actress, artistic educator, cultural facilitator - experience in educational and political theater, community arts, social activism. Founding member of 4th Age Community Arts Centre, Macaz Theater Coop and ADO Association - Arts for Human Rights. Graduated UNATC, Faculty of Theater, in 2006 and has a Master Degree in Anthropology and Community Development at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Sociology accomplished in 2016. Collaborates constantly with theater companies from Romania and abroad, works in vulnerable communities within multidisciplinary projects, does artistic residencies in schools and high schools. She is one of the collaborators of Replika Educational Center and part of the TES artistic ensemble (Jewish State Theater, Bucharest).
Iulia IORDAN - cultural educator
She is an associate member of the Da'DeCe Association, a museum education specialist and museum educator. With nearly ten years of experience, she is one of the first museum educators in the country who designed and developed museum-adapted educational programs for younger ages. She is a trainer and author of children's books, founder of „De Basm” Association and member of the "Support culture in education" network. She thinks that the Investigator in cultural education is the best title for her, because she likes to experiment and look for new ways to tell stories related to the heritage.
Alexandra CUCU - Cultural educator
With an experience of more than 10 years in museum and cultural education, she is also a psychotherapist (with an additional training in dance-movement psychotherapy), and she has worked along the years with people ranging all ages, in both educational and therapeutic settings. She believes in the power of art in healing and bringing inner treasures to light, that enrich the person herself, and community also.
